Our prices are listed as "from" rates and are based on each stylist’s demand and request rate. You can view individual pricing for each stylist on the booking page.
The final cost of your service depends on the length and density of your hair, as this determines how much time we need to achieve the best results.
When booking a haircut online, please choose the option that best matches your current hair length - unless you’re planning a full restyle.
Curly or Coiled Hair?
To select the right length category, gently stretch a curl from the base of your neck (bottom hairline) to see where your hair falls.
Colour Services
All colour services are priced "from" and may increase based on the length, thickness, or natural darkness of your hair—especially for lightening services.
Colour appointments must be booked with a finishing service - either a “blowdry after colour” or a haircut. This ensures we have enough time to properly wash, check, and style your hair.
Bookings missing a finishing or haircut service may be:
• Moved to a new suitable time
• Removed from the system
• Automatically updated to include a finishing service
Please respect these timings to help us keep the day running smoothly and honour all guest appointments.

We’re always happy to offer a free consultation or chat to make sure you’re booked in for exactly what you need.
Student Discount
Students receive 10% off services - just bring a valid student ID to your appointment.
Deposits, changes, lateness & cancellations
Booking a service with us means that you are financially responsible for the allocated time booked out. As a small business, we financially depend on our time slots during the day. By reserving a specific time with us, you are ensuring that the stylist has a guaranteed source of income for that period. This allows us to plan and allocate our resources efficiently, which in turn contributes to the stability and sustainability of our stylists' wages.
Your commitment to booking a slot directly impacts our ability to earn a steady income and support ourselves financially. We have cancellation fees in place to ensure that a small amount of money is paid to stylists when an appointment is cancelled, changed or is a no-show. This is important because when someone cancels their appointment slot, it means that another person could have taken that slot, allowing the stylist to earn full income.
The cancellation fees or deposits help to compensate the stylist for the lost opportunity. To help you avoid these fees, we send out a reminder email and a text message 3 days before your appointment, giving you the chance to change or reschedule.Booking fees are non-refundable but are transferrable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours notice.

You can reschedule or make changes to your appointment via your email confirmation link up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
We kindly ask that you reschedule instead of cancelling. If you do choose to cancel, please email us to rebook, this helps ensure your deposit is not lost.
If you’re unable to reschedule your appointment, please note that your deposit will be forfeited and therefore is non-refundable.
Cancellation & Late Change Fees:
48—-24 hours notice: 20% of the total service (or loss of booking fee/deposit)
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the total service
No-show without notice: 100% of the total service
We only allow up to 15 minutes lateness - as this will affect our other bookings. If you are running late please email or call the studio in advance.
Prefer a Quiet Appointment? Try Our Silent Service
Looking for a little peace and quiet during your visit? Our Silent Appointment Option is perfect for anyone who prefers a calm, no-chat experience. With this option, there’s no small talk, no need to explain, and you can simply relax while we take care of your hair.
To book a Silent Appointment, just reply to your confirmation email with the word “Silent” and we’ll add it to your notes. There’s no need to mention it when you arrive - just come in and enjoy the quiet.
Because sometimes, quiet is exactly what you need.
New colour clients
All new colour clients require a skin allergy test and consultation 48 hours prior to service. No need to book for skin test, Please pop into the studio during the week 12:00pm - 7:00pm or Saturday 12:00 - 5:00pm. Please note we get booked in advance for colour work. If you would like to be put on our cancellation list please email us.

Something not quite right?
We always strive to allow extra time for our services so that we can gain a more comprehensive understanding of our guests' individual needs and preferences. However, should you find yourself unhappy with your hair, we kindly ask that you let us know within one week of your original appointment. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will then be more than happy to look after you free of charge.
Furry friends
We welcome dogs to our space, but please be aware that we have a male dog named "Gym" who lives here. If you plan to bring your dog, please approach with caution and keep your dog on a lead, as not all dogs are compatible. Gym tends to be more cautious around male dogs, so we will put him on a lead if your dog is male. Gym is well-trained and will remain still while on the lead.
