
Booking our services
Our “from” prices are based the demand rate of the individual stylist (please see individual stylist prices on booking page).
Our prices depend on length or density of your hair - this then determines how much time a service needs.
When booking online please choose the haircut you feel best suits your current hair length (unless you’re looking for a restyle).
If you have curly or coiled hair - stretch or straighten a curl out from your neckline (bottom hairline) to see which length your hair sits.
Colours are “from” prices and may increase depending on density and length of your hair (and/or how dark your hair is to start off with for lightening services).
Colour services and treatments must not be booked on their own (they must be completed with either a Styling service ie - “blowdry after colour” or a “haircut” to complete the booking.
Colour services that are not complete with “blowdry after colour” or “haircut” will either be moved to a date that is suitable, removed from the booking system or automatically have a “after colour blow-dry” or “styling” service added. This allows us enough time in the studio to wash and check the colour. Please respect our timings and bookings, as this may impact other appointments during the day.
Book your appointment online only (not via email, instagram message or telephone). Please email us first if you are unsure of which service to book (you may call us however we are a small business we may not be able to answer the phone whilst with other guests).
Our services are hugely dependent on timings. We want to ensure that you have enough time for the service required. A consultation or a friendly chat is always free of charge.
Students will receive 10% discount - please bring form of I.D. to your appointment.
Deposits, lateness & cancellations
Booking a service with us means that you are financially responsible for the allocated time booked out. As a small business, we financially depend on our time slots during the day. By reserving a specific time with us, you are ensuring that the stylist has a guaranteed source of income for that period. This allows us to plan and allocate our resources efficiently, which in turn contributes to the stability and sustainability of our stylists' wages.
Your commitment to booking a slot directly impacts our ability to earn a steady income and support ourselves financially. We have cancellation fees in place to ensure that a small amount of money is paid to stylists when an appointment is cancelled or is a no-show. This is important because when someone cancels their appointment, it means that another person could have taken that slot, allowing the stylist to earn full income.
The cancellation fees help to compensate the stylist for the lost opportunity. To help you avoid these fees, we send out a reminder email and a text message 3 days before your appointment, giving you the chance to change or reschedule.Booking fees are non-refundable but are transferrable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours notice.
You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance via your email confirmation.
Please reschedule rather than cancelling your appointment. If you cancel please email us to make another booking.
Cancellations between 48 - 24 hours will be charged 20% of the total service (or loss of booking fee).
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total service.
No show on the day without notice will be charged 100% of the full service.
We only allow up to 15 minutes lateness - as this will affect our other bookings. If you are running late please email or call the studio in advance.
New colour clients
All new colour clients require a skin allergy test and consultation 48 hours prior to service. No need to book for skin test, Please pop into the studio during the week 12:00pm - 7:00pm or Saturday 12:00 - 5:00pm. Please note we get booked in advance for colour work. If you would like to be put on our cancellation list please email us.

Something not quite right?
We always strive to allow extra time for our services so that we can gain a more comprehensive understanding of our guests' individual needs and preferences. However, should you find yourself unhappy with your hair, we kindly ask that you let us know within one week of your original appointment. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will then be more than happy to look after you free of charge.
Furry friends
We welcome dogs to our space, but please be aware that we have a male dog named "Gym" who lives here. If you plan to bring your dog, please approach with caution and keep your dog on a lead, as not all dogs are compatible. Gym tends to be more cautious around male dogs, so we will put him on a lead if your dog is male. Gym is well-trained and will remain still while on the lead.
Online delivery
The dispatch time from our studio is 1-4 working days. As we are a small business sometimes there may be minor delays if we are handling high volume orders, we will try our best to have your products to you in plenty of time. A standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days
An email will be sent to you after you have placed an order. We are not responsible for any delay - once the package has left our studio and is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Returns and refunds
If you do change your mind about a product it may be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days. If you have an issue with your order please get in touch via email hello@maganda.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your product/s. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable.
